Warranty
Hatch warrants it products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use or service for one year following delivery to customer. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship, the exclusive remedy, as well as Hatch’s sole liability, shall be to repair or replace the defective product. In order to qualify under this warranty, customer must notify dealer where they purchased the product of the defect prior to the end of the one year warranty period. This LIMITED WARRANTY applies only where the products have been properly maintained in accordance with Hatch’s instructions and have not been subject to misuse, negligence or an accident. No returns are to be made directly to Hatch unless authorized by the Returns Authorization (RA) Department.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ANTICIPATED OR LOST PROFITS, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF TIME, OR OTHER INDIRECT LOSSES OR EXPENSES THAT ARISE FROM ANY CAUSE RELATING TO THE PRODUCT, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WHETHER IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

Bids and Individual Orders
Hatch Law Enforcement and Industrial Safety products are not sold directly to police departments, law enforcement agencies, companies or individuals. Subsequently, all department bids and retail sales are handled through authorized Hatch dealers. Please contact Hatch Customer Service at 1-800-347-1200 for NSN information.

Returns
All returns must be handled through the point of purchase. Hatch does not handle returns from retail customers. Defective merchandise will only be accepted with prior approval from the Returns Authorization Department. All other returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Dealers, before returning products, please contact Customer Service at support@hatch-corp.com or phone 1-800-347-1200 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returns should be shipped to the attention of the Returns Department with the RA# noted. Absolutely no cash refunds will be made. Approved returns will be issued credit toward future or replacement orders. Retail dealers may also purchase from Hatch wholesale distributors. Minimum order requirements through our wholesalers may be less, thus more feasible for smaller Hatch retail dealers.
